PEMF – The Modern Cellular Exercise Therapy

Comments are off for this post.

PEMF (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Frequency) is a form of therapy that has been around for many years.  It is slowly making itself known in Australia and I am proud to be one of the first in Brisbane (AU) to be a qualified practitioner for PEMF – for Cellular Exercise Therapy.

Alongside my Kinesiology, this will help with a variety of different purposes, including relieving physical pain relief, help with bone growth after a break, helps with wound healing,  prevention of ageing and the relief of a range of symptoms just to name a few.

Problems that the PEMF helped to alleviate in the past are still here in the present modern world, therefore it is logical that the method used to ease these problems before can still be used today.  The great thing is that technology has come such a long way over the past few decades.

The overall benefits of Cellular Exercise using PEMF include plumping up the cells in your body, thereby increasing the rate of circulation within your body; this, in turn, helps to increase the level of oxygen in your blood and helps to flush out toxins and heavy metals that have accumulated. These toxins could be the root causes of your general pain, and relief can occur once you start doing a bit of cellular exercise with PEMF.

There are many products which can perform magnetic therapy, including magnetic jewellery and magnetic wraps, magnetic car seats and magnetic insoles, and even magnetic mattresses.  All of these are static, meaning that they might make you feel good, or give you some relief in the short term, however, to gain optimum benefits for your mind and body, you need something that will give your cells an energy boost. Think of a battery that has been used over and over again.  Eventually, you know that the battery will lose its charge and start to go flat.  The things that worked really well at the beginning start to slow down and eventually stop working efficiently.  Well, it’s the same for your body.  Your cells are your batteries and as you get older (yes, it is inevitable) your cells start losing their charge and you get run down, stressed, feel pain in your body, get sick or worse.

The cellular exercise therapy device will literally find the points on your body that need attention. For example, if you wish to relieve sciatica pain in the right side of your leg, the cellular exercise PEMF may go straight to your lower back, as this is where the initial injury occurred.

Cellular Exercise PEMF therapy can also be used for cosmetic (skin) purposes since it can dilate the blood vessels, toxins are flushed away and if used, eg around the face, then needless to say the toxins can be flushed away from the facial area and, due to the fact that toxins cause wrinkles, the cellular exercise PEMF therapy can leave you looking younger and have a face which feels refreshed and rejuvenated.  I want some of that.

Like anything, do your research (I did mine), as you will find that there are various PEMF devices out there.  Some will give you a much better outcome than others.  Above all,  I will be more than happy to help you recharge your battery,  relax and enjoy the benefits of the cellular exercise PEMF therapy device flowing through your body.
