No one wants to feel stressed when making decisions. However, sometimes you can make decisions without thinking them through properly. Sometimes you can avoid making them altogether.  You may or may not be aware that for every decision there is a consequence.

Here are some tips for you to try when making your decisions:

  1. Give yourself some time – Time to think about the problem at hand, so that you can make a decision you will be happy with.
  2. Write a list of Pros and Cons – Once you have both lists written down you are able to compare them and make a decision that feels right for you.
  3. Talk to someone – Everyone will have a different perspective on your problem, especially if they have made a similar decision in the past.

If you are ever feeling overwhelmed or stressed about making a decision, it is important that you look after yourself.  Take a moment to Breathe and do something that you enjoy.

When you come back to making your decision, you will feel more confident and make an informed decision that you will be happy with.
